Duchess 14Y is one of our only Sakic daughters in the herd, and she has done very well for us. Her feet and legs have never been a problem, and she is one of the thickest, most easy keeping cows on the place. She is long and low to the ground, and we find she excels when crossed with bulls that have a bit of added height. She has raised consignment heifers to Red Roundup, and she currently has a very strong sale bull in the yearling pen. Her dam, 29S, is likely Travis' favorite cow that he purchased from his uncle Ron Devolane years ago, and she continues to be a strong producer for us today.
