Inmate is a proven heifer bull that we are currently exposing to all of our own commercial replacement females, as well as our baldy bred heifers that we sell each fall. He has been a great calf all along, but the reason 1C stood out for us and was retained to walk was undoubtedly because of his mother. We lost 1S the year Inmate was born, and she was a cow that we had admired each and every time we seen her for the years she spent here. Dark cherry red, belly as low as the ground, feminine necked, perfect uddered, and easy fleshing. She was everything we hoped our red cows could be, and we figured if her son could raise us females encompassing the same quality she had, that he would be a great addition.
